Shipping Policy

At Emarati Scents, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely.

Delivery Time:

  • Cairo: 1–2 working days

  • Alexandria: 1–2 working days

  • Other governorates: 1–4 working days

Order Processing:

Orders placed before 3 PM are processed the same day; after 3 PM, the next working day.

Shipping Fees:

Displayed at checkout. For returns or exchanges due to customer preference, the customer covers all shipping fees.

Tracking:

Once shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message from the courier with a tracking link.
